Yeah, it is of course possible that people could submit guys. And although Chribba might be a man-babe, that's not the point of the site, so we'll weed them out of the competition as we spot them. In the mean-time, lets see how well Chribba does :)

Once you submit your babe in the submission box below the pictures, it should say "success", and she will be added. If she's already in it will say "already got that one", which it did when I tried to add you. So Skree is there, don't panic

Oh and the site is in beta so further features will come. Most importantly, we will have a loser board as well as a leader board, and the lowest ranked pictures will be cleared off weekly. There will also be a babe of the week winner each week etc.

Refreshing the page won't change who you have to vote for, or people would abuse the option. But I feel your pain on the catch-22 of ugliness, so we'll think of ways around it as we go. For now just vote quickly to get to past the page and on to some hotties.

Just a quick update: we're working on the site tonight and prioritising issues to do with server load, followed by the "Oh my God My Eyes" button to report dudes and other eyesores. Thanks for all the positive responses so far  We'll use this thread to keep you updated on improvements.

The gender of a character isn't currently part of the publicly available API information we can access, so we can't pre-screen guys at the moment. What we're working on tonight is a way of reporting guys which we can moderate so that it won't be abused to eliminate genuine competition. So if people want to continue being silly and submitting guys, we can't stop that right now; by tomorrow, we should be able to remove them through reporting though.
Since there seems to be such a massive interest in rating guys against each other, we'll seriously consider a hottest guy in new eden page too. Just have to get this one working first.
And the voting system is based on elo rankings, so that the level of competitor the babe wins or loses against is factored in to change her standings on the leader board, like in chess. So it's not just the number of wins but the quality that count.

Yes people can add anyone they think is worthy of being in the competition. And we'll definitely develop a page where you can track how a specific babe is doing in future. Just dealing with the growing pains first, but we'll get there! Have faith

CCP posted the link on Facebook (here: http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http://bone.enclave27.net/&h=ddfd1), which is awesome, but caused our cloud server to crash. It works now, but really slowly, so we'll see what we can do overnight.

Thanks Xena and everyone. We had to take it off due to server load, temporarily. It will be back soon, with more voting and new winners. We really appreciate everyone's support. Don't emo quit in the mean time.

Although, I'd like to add that having to choose between two non-babes doesn't have a real effect on who's winning the competition, since the votes are weighted (see discussion earlier in the thread). But yeah, it's not pleasant on the eyes.

Thanks for all the feedback. We'll definitely develop a way to search for your favourite babes and see how they're doing soon. Our immediate priority though is to make sure the system is robust enough that it doesn't get broken again 
But it's all looking good at the moment, and is up and running again without major problems. So some of our future plans include:
1. Current secret project to make site more fun for in-game browsing
2. More intelligent way of filtering out men and blank portraits
3. Method of searching for specific babes to check position and stats
4. Possible future ability to create a personal gallery by logging in
5. Future loser-board and clearing of the losers off the server
I'd like to get some feedback from you guys about another issue: would it be better to have a "babe of the day", or a weekly winner? We're thinking of possibly having a competition at the end of each month between the daily winners - so one day of only voting for the top 30 or so. What do you think is the best format for winners?
